The first of its kind. The Wellbeing Series is a collection of ‘bite size’ sessions designed to impart knowledge on mental health and practical skills to equip your audience with evidence-based strategies that enable individuals to manage their emotional states better.

With sessions being just under sixty minutes, the Wellbeing Series provides minimal disruption to the business’s day-to-day running while ensuring that your employees are equipped with the necessary skills to take care of their mental health.
